Stan Krejci is the founding Principal of The SK Group, LLC, a career and transition consulting service.

Prior to establishing The SK Group, LLC, Stan was a Managing Consultant, Business Development, and Head of the Board of Directors Services Practice Group for The McCormick Group, a full-service, performance based executive search firm, where he assisted companies in filling senior executive officer and Advisory and Board of Director positions across the industry spectrums (2000-2009).

From 1995 – 2000 Stan was the co-Managing Director and Partner of the local office of an international executive search firm.

He served as the Vice President for Operations and Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Assistant Secretary of Landmark Systems Corporation (NASDAQ) in Vienna, VA (1988-1995), a computer software development company specializing in performance management tools.

Stan was the Vice President and General Manager of Metrocall (NASDAQ), a national paging company headquartered in Alexandria, VA (1981-1988).

While at Metrocall, he served on the Board of Directors of Telocator, the paging and cellular industry association. In 1986-1987, he was Chairman of the association and later served five years as Chairman of its foundation.

After leaving the U.S. Navy as a Lieutenant Commander, Supply Corps, Stan co-founded EHE, Inc., an interior plantscape firm providing retail and wholesale services to the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. He served as Treasurer of the company. 

Stan served on the Landmark Systems Corporation Advisory Board of Directors as well as on the boards of EHRE, Inc., Professional Solutions, and Pragma Systems.

He holds a BA in Political Science from Northwestern University and MBA in Financial Management from The George Washington University.

Stan is currently a member of the Scholarship and Membership Committees for the Association of Corporate Growth’s National Capital Chapter; the Finance Committee of the Choral Arts Society; and serves on the Board of Governors of the Tower Club.

He has served as President of the Canadian-American Business Council (CABC) and was Chair of its Board Development Committee. A past President of the Financial Executives Institute’s D.C. Chapter, he also served as Chair of its Membership Committee. He served on the boards of the Northern Virginia Community College Educational Foundation and was on Chair of its Development Committee; the Campagna Center, where he was Vice President and Chair-elect, Chair of its Business Leadership Council, and Chair, Business Development Committee; Association for Corporate Growth National Capital Chapter, where he was Vice President and Chair-elect; Financial Executives Institute’s National Board; and the Alexandria Symphony, where he served two terms as President and was Chair of its Marketing Committee.

Stan was also a member of the Greater Washington Board of Trade, the International Business Council, the Rotary Club of Alexandria, and the Northern Virginia Technology Council. He has served as Chair of the Board of Governors of the Tower Club and was President of Belle Haven Country Club.
